What file format is best to export fce project after rendering to burn in Toast?

Final Cut Express 4.01-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Toast 11

Burn to what? CD ROM? DVD? Blu-ray?

FWIW, just export a self-contained movie from FCE using your current Sequence settings.

In FCE, do Sequence > Render All > Both, followed by Sequence > Render Only > Mixdown. Then save your project. Then export to QuickTime Movie.
