iPhones are NOT user servicable.
Apple will not touch the device as it has been opened by someone other than Apple.
Obviously something was not connected properly or was damaged during the teardown/re-assembly.
No support can be provided here.
Take the device to a competent repair person to see if it can be fixed.

The Wi-Fi receiver and cellular antenna are 2 different things. In the future, you should seek help from professionals 🙂
