Am compressing .mov to mpeg4 using Compressor. Just as Compressor completes the job, a dark matte falls on my computer screen with the following dialogue box; You need to restart your computer by holding down the power button, etc.
I am compressing .mov file to mpeg4 (basic) using Compressor 3.5.
Recently, as the job reaches completion the following happens. Computer screen freezes, has a gray matte over it, and a dialogue box that says I "need to restart my computer by holding down the power button." This messages appears in 5 languages. No trouble with this program until this past week. Help, please. Running Snow Leopard 10.6.8
