Q: Apple TV has been updating for over 18 hours and it is only 20% - what is wrong?

Apple TV started updating last night at 10 p.m. It is now 3:15 p.m. the following day and it is hung up at 20%. Instructions say not to unplug it. What is wrong and how to fix?

Not sure what is wrong but if it hasn't progressed then I would unplug and restore in iTunes
