I plan on making my own website with iweb. Which is the best domain-hosting site for the money which allows me to use all the features of iweb and can offer me traffic analysis?

I have been using IX Web hosting for several years with little to no problems "usually the problem was something I did" and they have been quick to solve any issue I have come across. They have plans that start at $3.95 a mo (USD) and their customer service is top notch.

There isn't a hosting service available that will allow you to use all the features of iWeb. You will need to find alternatives for the MobileMe only features...

Also, have a look at this page for info about other features that don't work due to the closure of MobileMe...

Your choice of hosting will depend on what features you need and how many websites you have or intend to have...

If you are new to iWeb it may not be the best choice since it is no longer being developed or supported by Apple. If your website has a life expectancy of more than a year and/or is in any way business orientated, I would look for another solution. Alternatives have been discussed at length in this forum.

These are the features that no longer work now that MobileMe is dead:

iWeb Features Unavailable When Publishing to a 3rd Party Server:

◼ Password protection

◼ Blog and photo comments

◼ Blog search

◼ Hit counter

All can be replaced with 3rd party solutions.
