My iPad backup will never end!!
I have spent over an one hour and fourty minutes on the phone will Apple about my idevice issues. My iPad will not stop backing up and is stuck on step two of the sync process!

See if you can cancel the backup in the progress screen at the top of the iTunes window. Click on the X in the window and stop the backup. If you can cancel the backup, quit iTunes, restart your computer and restart your iPad and try again. If it still doesn't work, you can try deleting your backup in iTunes and the try again.
