For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have getting some error messages in our iTunes U Site manager "Collections" page that indicated that iTunes U's attempt to update our various RSS feeds is experiencing some problem making a connection.
The messages themselves, seems incomplete, but I am assuming that the attempt to connect is timing out....see attached file.

Strange thing is that when I use the refresh link for each RSS feed, the error message disappears, but returns the next day. I have posted a message in the iTunes U support forum. I was wondering if there a more direct support email address I can use?
