I recently returned to Canada from the United States. Once I returned my iMessage stopped working. How can I fix this??

I just realised my facetime is not working either. when I tried to activate them it says it cant!
Check your Settings > General > Date & Time
Switch FaceTime and iMessage OFF
Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)
Note: You will not lose any data.
Switch FaceTime & iMessage back to ON.
