I'm not sure what you mean
You can either plug in directly to the TV using an HDMI cable and an adapter, or if you get an Apple TV box you can do so wirelessly using AirPlay.
You can get HDMI adapters for your iPad to show video on your TV. But few, if any of us, will know the specifics of that particular Samsung TV to know what it can do or not do. If it's attached to an AppleTV, we probably could help you.
