Still can't used my cellular data and 3G connectivity..Is the update of ios 6.1.1 still has a problem?

I just updated my IOS yesterday because im experiencing a cellular data and 3G connection, im expecting that it will be fixed after the update of IOS 6.1.1 but still can't used my cellular data and 3G connectivity,Everytime i activate my cellular data and 3G my network is searching then my carrier which is globe suddenly no service at all..

Same thing here. I thought that my issue was finally going to be reslved but it wasnt. The 6.1.1 update did not fix the issue of having no service and no network connection.
