haveing problems with my iphone i cant reset to original settings

Put the device in DFU mode (google it) and restore. It may also be necessary to disable any security software on the computer.
Thank you but idk y I have done it befor like 3 times 3 diff laptops and it wouldn't go to where it would delet old info and restore completely and after I asked lol it did I just hit restore again and I thought I was going to hav to wait another 5/7 hrs and no it started to work but thank you again have a great one
my iphone says connect to itunes and when i do its telling me to reset my iphone and when i try to i wait 5 to 7 hrs for it to download info and when it finnishes it doesnt do any thing. i dont have warrenty or anything what are my options besides sending
