i tried other earphones but the right earpiece is also not working, then i tried another earphone but it has the same result so i suspect that its not the headset but the phone itself help please
you most likey got some sort of liquid in there im sure if you take it to the apple store they might can see what happen im sorry about that
Awwww.. But i didnt remember liquid entered there
Settings > General > Accessibility > Mono Audio, ensure that is turned off.
Also, try a different headset, this one may be defective.
Ensure the headset is plugged in fully.
