Feb 13, 2013 12:49 AM in response to Julian Wrightby JEFFEARL,Thanks Julian, I have tried that suggestion however no success! The double click of the iPad home button gets the display of current apps running, swipe left just slides the apps left! Am I missing something here?

Feb 13, 2013 12:53 AM in response to JEFFEARLby Julian Wright,You're swiping the wrong way. Swipe the screen from left to right, moving the apps to the right (not to the left).
You'll then see the controls shown in the support article.

Feb 13, 2013 1:09 AM in response to Julian Wrightby JEFFEARL,Thanks Julian that helps me understand the action and I now see the volume and brightness controls as well as orientation lock. The only app that appears to work with the play control is the Music App the iPlayer app is in the tray to the right and activated but I cannot figure out how you get it to respond to these revealed controls? I also can't see where to activate Airplay mirroring in Settings? Appreciate you help, thanks.

Feb 13, 2013 3:56 AM in response to JEFFEARLby Julian Wright,You don't use the Play control or go into Settings. You use the icon that is a rectangle with a black triangle pointing into it from the bottom.
Have you read and followed the step by step instructions in the Support Article? There's only 5 steps and you're already at Step 3 having swiped the bar to reveal the controls.

Have you checked that your system meets the minimum requirements as described in the first paragraph of the Support article?
