Agenda not in sync

First i had an iphone which is in sync with my windows outlook agenda. Now i want to add this agenda to my mac book pro. I've added the agnem=nda on my iphone to the cloud. `Nevertheless on my mac book pro, although it is empty.

Anyone who can advise?
