I was getting the message "AppleID disabled". I spent 5 hours on the phone with Apple Care yesterday. The guy then passed me on to ITunes-I think that is called passing the buck! At any rate, ITunes figured out the problem. It seems that my phne was "disabled due to a chargeback from PayPal". About a month ago I questioned a Paypal charge. Paypal resolved the situation and gave me myh money back. But then my phone was disabled!
Oh well, it is fixed now! Moral of the story-go to ITunes support first!
