iphone 3gs /delivery report in the phone got the warning "find my ipgone"

hi i am using iphone 3gs and i changed some option of delivery report in the phone then suddenly got the warning "find my ipgone" and my phone locked and now askms me for code and i have no idea what it could be please somebody helps me

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1
