please be informed that i didn't make a backup for my iphone 4 (through itunes and cloud) therefore i will loose all my contacts if i will restore it because there is a message that I should contect the mobile to the itunes and after that itunes inform

please be informed that i didn't make a backup for my iphone 4 and i didn't conect it to the itunes or enable I cloud to make a backup , and I update my software to ISO 6 after that there is a message on the mobile that I should connect the mobile to the itunes and after that itunes inform that my iphone is in the recovery mode and i should restore it , this mean that I will loose all my contacts, picture and data saved on my mobile.

Wow. You were trying hard to lose all of your data.

Yes. You will certainly lose everything, as you failed to backup your data.

You made a terrible mistake and failed to use your iphone as it is designed. You have lost a ll of your data.
