cannot sign into app store !! Help

I can sign into Itunes by my macbook pro (10.6.8) but cannot sign into mac app store, it looks like it is loading and the wheel spins but nothing happens !.

also I cannot sign into app store with my iphone 4 (6.1) it says "cannot connect to iTunes store".

I searched alot and I found many people have the same problem, and I read few Complex solutions and it did not work for every one, can apple come with easy one so everyone get over this issue ?
