when i take a picture using iphone5....

When i take a picture using iphone5, it is automatically saved into an existing album. The result is that those pictures are not transmitted through th icloud to my computer (even though th icloud is cofigured to transport pictues from photostrem an all albums)

how do i change it so the pictures i take will be saved into my photo stream?
