I have a new computer, how do I move my itunes library over?

I recently purchased a new computer and do not know how to move my itunes library over. Thought resyncing my phone would push it over.
iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.1
The iphone is not a backup/storage device.
Copy everything form your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.
Type "move itunes library" it the google search bar for instructions for moving the itunes library.
Certainly your computer has a method for copying everything .
