No sound during calls !

Hiya

Since updating my I phone 5 I have had some problems with my camera however these now seem to have resolved however on going to make a call yesterday I had no sound during calls even sometimes on speaker however the sound works for other things such as ringtone and playing music ! Any ideas ?
