Please help me with service diagnosis,

I did put my macbook pro to some Authorised Reseller Service in Poland, which is Cortland, what just shocked me was diagnosis, diagnosis was: Everything but screen and RAM memory is flooded and everything need to be repaired. I did photo of my logic board, cause repairing my macbook pro 2011 late is cost aronund 2,500$.

Tell me what you think about my logic board. I've bought my macbook pro for 2,500$ here in Poland, and I dont wanna spend another 2,500 for repair. I'm so sad they didn't even tell me what's wrong and in which way it happened, they just said "FLOODED!" nothing more. Weird? I think so. Please help me.

So logic board looks normal? So which way service was sure that is flooded? maybe it was just burned'?

I forgot to say that mac is turnin on for like 5 secs, (yesterday macbook turned on for like 15 mins) so for me, if it is whole flooded why it still turning on? (sometimes without pressing power button, just automaticaly without any interaction)

Please help me with service diagnosis,
