recorded videos not syncing to iPod.

I got recorded videos (records directly from computer screen)..... and it won't sync to my iTouch 2G. I keep the videos in SD..... it doesn't save as a MP4 format, it saves as a AVI format video (which takes a ton of memory). I tried converting the video using Handbreak and convert it to MP4 format. I even try syncing wirelessly with the USB & Wi-Fi Flash Driveapp and saved it to my camera roll. It still won't play. What am I doing wrong.

Don't say iTouch sync SD videos only because I already know. Plus I don't want to use an online converter.

iPod touch (2nd generation), Windows 7, iOS 4.2.1

What specific formate did you convert the videos to? There are many flavors of mp4.

The 2G supports:

Video Format: MP4 | Audio: AAC 128kbps | 25 fps | 640 x 480 pixels...... that all I really know

What happens when yo place them in your iTunes Movie library?

Do they play in iTunes?

Do they sync to the iPod? If not any error message?

I was able to watch the HD version on iTunes but the SD version won't play. iTunes says the video successfully syned but it doesn't show on my Videos..... so I try send it to my USB & Wi-Fi Flash Drive app and send it to my camera roll, it still won't work (the SD version). Plus I didn't receive any error messages.

SInce you said the SD version will not play in iTunes that means there is something wrong with the file or the conversion. If it does not play in iTunes there is no way it will play on an iPod.
