I did the ios 6.1.1 update for my 4s and now the phone will not turn on. It is getting stuck on the apple logo screen. I did a restore through itunes and it is still not working! Any ideas of what I can do???

Use dfu mode Double tap the top button and the bottom button

You may need to try several times to get it to work.
You mentioned that you did a restore on the device and it didn't fix the issue. Is the device hacked/jailbroken?
