Q: Phone not working

My phone does not let me send or recieve any text messages.

only imessage

and i cannot recieve or send out calls.

no voice messages recieved as well.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.1

I had this problem and I realized that early I was messing with the Time and that the clock in the setting was different from the clock on the phone I then change it back too. The same clock so they match and. My phone work wired but it work
