Mar 26, 2013 4:34 AM in response to Jnewt4913by nemopenn,I just purchased an Apple TV (3rd Gen) and setup one for my grandpa. Both had issues connecting to a wireless G connection. For my grandpa, I had him upgrade his router to a new airport express and his ATV3 started working. When I got mine home and couldn't connect, I started looking everywhere in my settings for something to change. I am running a Linksys WRT54GL running dd-wrt firmware. I changed a few things to no avail, and was about to start trying to open ports on the router when I looked at the routers wireless channel setting. I had selected channel ( I think 9) instead of leaving it in the "Auto" selection. Once I changed the wireless channel to "Auto" I got my connection. Hope this helps a few people.
