Selling iOS App Internationally

I'm a new developer wanting to release such app in other countries. I was wondering, when your APP appears in say, the Chinese app store, and they pay using their currency, how is the foreign exchange handled? Does Apple handle it and pay you while charging an exchange fee? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!
