Suddenly, without warning, mny iClound account for me.com stopped working. The mesageI gete is that my iCloud outgoing mail server is offline but I cannot get it back on line. Ahone have a clie what is going on?

Well if you ping imap.mail.me.com you get 17.172.34.200 and the pings time out. So it looks like it may be down.
