Input Sources disappear after a while

I typically work with US, US-Internartional, and Japanese (Kotoeri) Input Sources.

From time to time, all input sources get unselected and I am left with US only. I have to re-select them again.

Anybody has this issue? (Never had it in OS X Lion).
