Q: adding a phone bomber to subaru phone book

Does anyone know how to send a phone number from iPhone to 2013 Subaru Forester Premium via Bluetooth?

I can connect the two devices but cannot figure out how to use the phone to add a number to the hands free phone book on the Subaru.
