OS 6.1.1 update to IPhone 4S deleted some contacts

Hi All

I accepted the OS6.1.1 update for IPhone 4S about 2 days ago and since then I seem to be missing some of my contacts... Anybody know anything about this? How do we fix it ? We are on an exchange server at the office... OS issue???
