Suddenly unable to send mail from iphone 5 version 6.1.

Tried to send emails to myself and got this message: "rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying." Can't send to any other email address either. Still receiving mail. Updated to 6.1. a few weeks ago, and this is the first problem I've had.
