Fonts and EULA in Mountain Lion

I can't seem to find the license document (EULA) that accompanies other fonts I have downloaded. Where is this located? Are the fonts that come with OS X mountain lion available for commercial use? Do I need to purchase an additional license? I am a freelance designer and I want to use some of the fonts that were included with the Mountain Lion system in a design for my client.
