The problem I have is that I want to active my credit card and iTunes asked me for my secret answers but I have forgotten them. Please help!!

As stated above, use the article's link to contact the iTunes Store staff, or if desired, phone them. If you haven't already set up a valid rescue email address and can't correctly answer two of the questions, you can't unlock your account on your own.
