iPhone 5 disconnects / bad connection

Here in Switzerland our main provider is Swisscom. The connection is very poor with iPhone 5 and it is always disconnected after a while. It is the second brand new iPhone 5 which is not working.


Das iPhone5 hat keinen Empfang. Nach Austausch des 2. iPhones 5 bricht die Verbindung auch hier ab oder die Verbindungsqualität ist schlecht. Mit einem Mobilgerät anderer Hersteller wurden keine Probleme festgestellt.
