If you mean that you want to re-download it, then whether you can do so depends upon what country that you are in. If you are in a country where you can re-download music and it's still in the store then see if it appears under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
