iPhone 5 4G/LTE not working

Hello all.


I have an iPhone 5 and I'm on the UK based network EE.


I have a 4G/LTE contract and i'm in a 4G/LTE enabled area but its not working.


My WiFi and 3G work fine.


I've contacted EE and they said the 4G/LTE should be working fine.


What I have done to try and solve the problem:


.Reset the network settings

.Hard reset my iPhone

.Factory reset my iPhone

.Removed the Sim Card

.Cleared all network data

.Made sure LTE was enabled

.Updated to the lastest Carrier and iPhone software


And nothing has worked.


Any help would be amazing.

Ok will do. I'll be getting a Call back from someone from EE tomorrow around 7PM as he is dealing with my problem and knows all about it. So when he contacts me I'll ask about getting a new Sim Card.


Anything else you can think of I could try in the mean time?
