i ahve a problem with when ever i want to play any video give me this msg ( couldnt load plug-in)

Do you have FLASH player installed? If not or to update go to the Adobe site and get the latest version, that would be a good idea even if you have it already installed as there is a security hole in the versions older than last week. go to http://www.adobe.com and navigate to the FLASH player download area.
