Why isn't my FaceTime ringing
MY ringtone isn't working on my FaceTime. People call and I don't know because the ringtone is muted. Please help. I've tried to go into my settings and fix this but nothing seems to work.

1. Double-click the Home button and swipe the Task Bar (at bottom) to the right. Check volume and mute settings.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo
