am using the iphone 4s and i dont have the facetime option
i dont have it on the settings or evan the contacts app
i am on the ios 6.1 and i cant see this option , why ??

Tell me what your model number the letters only starts with?
If it was a used phone, it could have been purchased in a country where facetime is restricted.

According to Wikipedia (OK, not always the most reliable source) FaceTime used to be disabled in Jordan but has since been enabled through a carrier update (which may also require an iOS update?) but new iPhones come with it enabled. Check with your carrier on how (if) you can get this update.
