hbr log in?
subscribed to annual version of Harvard Business Review.........no idea what my customer ID or account number is to access via iPad app? It won't take my apple id. HBR most unhelpful keep referring me to apple help pages.

Same issue, for a prominent magazine the subscriber services are terrible, every time you try to log in or contact support it's just terrible, it's like none of them ever uses their own service. PS nothing to do with apple
This would probably not be something Apple could help you with. Subscriber account information is completely up to HBR. They have some support information here that may help:

If not, you'll have to get in touch with their customer service team using the information that page.

Nope no good, HBR subscription team keep bouncing me back to itunes account. So frustrating. Surely I have a subscriber number - my iTunes ID and PWD doesnt work. argh. Just want to be able to log onto their website as a subscriber from PC or mac when my iPad isnt around.
Sorry, but again that's not an iTunes issue. Apple has absolutely nothing to do with logins to HBR's web site. It sounds to me like HBR customer service is just giving you the runaround.
