How to sync ipod with apple mac to share iTunes
I have a ipod touch 3rd generation and was wondering how to sync my music and videos with the computer iTunes account.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
To sync to your iPodgo to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod.... and follow the instructions.
