My itouch doesnt turn on or charge on the screen it apears a red lightning bolt with a dead battery What do i do??
Please i need help i dont know what to do!
Can anyone give me instructions on what to do?

- Inspect the dock connector for bend or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
