Since i'm using IOS 6.1.1 on my 4S , i have problems with mail, i have no button like delete, move ! Who could help me?

Close out of the mail app, double tap the home button and completly close out of the mail app.
then do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button togetther until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then check your mail again.
