How do I move pictures from e-mail to photos?

touch and hold the photo, a popup will offer Save as an option, that puts it in Photos.

Hold pictures down for a second or two to save.

Click on the photo in the email. That action should bring up a window allowing you to Save it to the Camera Roll.
