I'm trying to do back up..but I'm getting message iTunes could not back up the iphone..owner iphone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible the iphone and delete the backup for this ihone then try again..and i don't know how to do that pls

iTunes>Preferences(under the Edit menu in Windows)>Devices...highlight and delete your backup here.
