ITunes recieved Money, but i get no Berry Bush for my Monster Pet Shop

I buy for the Game Monster Pet Shop a Berry Tree for 4.99 $, three Times, but i get no Berry Bush, but the Company Beeline or Itunes recieved the Money! I very disappointed, i want my Money back, i work very hart for my Money. I want my Money back directly!!!
