I want to move an album cover made in Pages, can't . How to?

Created an Album cover in Pages. I want to use it, upload it to website etc. but it's stuck in pages, export to PDF but still not uploadable as a jpeg.. help ..

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

In Pages, select the Album cover and copy it to the clipboard.

Open Preview without a document and choose File > New from Clipboard.

Now you can export that Album cover image in jpeg and other formats.
