How do I do this if my old computer is dead and won't start

I recently switched from the blackberry to the iPhone 4S and would like to put my music from my iPod touch on the new phone. However the computer I was using is 7+ years old and has died. It won't even turn on. I have another laptop here that I keep trying to download iTunes on but it keeps coming up with a different account.... Help!!!
