Is there a fix for the battery percentage in notifications bar?

When are we gonna get a fix for the battery not showing 100% when it's plugged intothe outlet?

I'm runnin Mountain Lion 10.8.2 MacBook Pro

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
